When they resort to piss to get high...
...you know the 'war' on drugs cannot be won. I would think that any sane man, woman, or child who reads this article must certainly draw the same conclusion. This is what the drug 'war' is up against; the desperation and determination of a certain type of person who needs to get high so goddamn badly they will drink piss.
You tell me... what jails, what treatments, what war could possibly deter such an individual? Why not give them what htey want and keep them from hurting the rest of us while they madly pursue their drugs?

Actually, the consumption of one's own urine has been regarded as a beneficial practice for several millenniums, and the practice of imbibing for recycling of psychoactive substances isn't new either. It's completely sterile, unless you have some kind of UTI, and it even whitens your teeth. And just think of all the money you'll save on Evian.
