ahhhh, what a touching story. "the family feels a little better....." FUCKING BULSHIT!!!!!! this is a story made up by the ARMY Public Relations Office aka Center for diverting our attention away from the fact that this war has killed thousands of American men and women to satisfy a war mongering out-of-control commander in chief. but of course, that department name doesn't fit neatly onto a business card or the front of some drab army building. the fact is, this "puppy" is the consolation "prize" costing the Army a mere pittance to go grab any old mutt from "war torn" Iraq and send it to the family. A if there weren't enough homeless puppies already in America we could just grab up and send the family's way. FUCK, this just might be the new mission of the humane society. "Let's send a puppy to every family who loses a son or daughter..." to this absolutely fucked up war. oh yeah, that'll make 'em feel "a little better"
